Me and my fiance met online 3 years ago, He flew down Dec 16th We drove 2000 miles to the border arrived on Dec 23rd and was treated like straight up criminals, I dont have a record, or anything. Because I had to much packed for what I said I was staying I was denied entrance into Canada and a report was made.. Also was told that they couldnt let me in because it seemed as if I was trying to move over and had no ties to USA and we seem like we werent serious about getting married yet.. I told the guy that interviewed us that there were no special date set as to when we would get married.. Told me I needed to go back to GA and get a job (I quit mine to go visit him and his family in Canada) prove that I will go back to usa and then try again within a couple of weeks to months.. We want to get married but was told by the officer it would look supicious if we did for immagration purposes or whatever.. 4 hours at this place.. Yeah.. Advice needed here..

How can I get into Canada with no problems.. I dont want to go through land borders anymore that was a horrific experience for us..
Officer said he was writing a report stating that I am very honest person, no criminal record or medical history disease free..

Do I need to apply for a TEMP visitor visa then start the PR process once Im in canada..?
Not sure what to do anymore.. Apparently a Temp visa is not required by USA citizens.
I want to get married in Canada but cant get there lol..

If I go through any entries it will be by plane or whatever like I said I cant do the land one anymore.. Entry point would be Regina Airport.. Any tips or anything for there.. Please help I would like to go by New years but very scared to do anything.

Sadly you would have already been "flagged" in the system. Your having packed too much made the officers suspicious that you're coming to Canada to stay and not to visit. You need to show that you have enough ties (a stable job would be one) to the US then try and enter again. Since you are a citizen of the US, you don't actually need a visitor visa to enter Canada. But for now, you are "flagged" so you may have to spend a little time longer with POE officers when you come to Canada and if and when they let you in, you may be given a visitor record to put a cap on your stay.

Since you are flagged in the system, you would always be questioned a bit more about your intentions. You need to have a job in the US and when trying to enter Canada, have a letter from your employer stating that you have a job, that you have worked there since date X and that you are on vacation as of date Y and expected to return to your job on date Z. If you are arriving by plane, you would need a return ticket to correspond with that date. You also can't have more luggage than looks normal for the length of visit you are planning on.

If you decide against a visit to Canada and instead get married to your boyfriend in the US, you also have to make sure you can prove your relationship to immigration for sponsorship. If you had very little real life contact with visits etc., then they may not believe that it's a real relationship.

It's not being scared really lol, It's the fact that I had all my stuff thrown all over the ground then I had my laptop taken to a back room (which I didnt care for that) My cellphone was taken, Then we were told to stand up walk forward cross our arms while this huge chocolate lab came and sniffed us, the truck and my laptop bag.. It was a horrible experience lol, Oh and then on top of that.. We got denied, and had to go threw the same thing again at the US border.. After the canadian officer told us to hand the us officer the paper and let them know the car has been searched.. But no I guess we were lying or something..

Now if I try this through flying... and get denied.. am I going to have a flight back home or be stranded at the airport till I get another ticket home..

I think if they refuse you entry, they put you on the next flight back but I am not sure who pays.

The airline if you have a one way ticket, if you have a return that is used.
