needed urgent help

hey there i just got my medical request today but the form they sent me is having a wrong address it is 3254 instead of 3245 and i checked all my forms that i have submitted and the generic form is filled wrong by my mistake but all other forms and my licence and all other documents have the correct addresss what should i do ?kindly let me know if any1 knows anything about it.

go ahead and schedule your medical exam.....and send a letter through IRCC webform to your visa office about the wrong address......but don't delay doing the medical exam, the wrong address will have no effect of the medical result.....its the medical physician that will send the medical exam results to IRCC
