Needed help in case of Job!!!

Hello all,

My former employer has given me the work experience letter writing my designation, my job duties, working tenure in his official letter pad including contact numbers. I had the contract letter also. But in course of time it was lost because its already 4 years. In this regard, does my work experience letter help me for my complete application. My visa office is Berlin, Germany. As in my visa office instructions the job contract letter is necessary. In this situation what is best for me? Actually I am not in the country where I worked and right now I could not go my native country.

Please share some ideas.

as long as your work experience letters contain all of the required information related to your job (description,duties,job title,salary,other benefits,starting dates and ending dates...etc.)written on company letterhead and show the company's full
address, telephone and fax numbers, and be stamped with the company's official seal, it should be fine without need to the notarized contract.
