Hello to everyone. I am currently here in Canada as a temporary visitor for 6 months. There's a Canadian employer who wants to hire or is willing to give me a job offer/contract. Am I entitled or can I be considered under the "applying for work permit from inside Canada"?

If granted a positive Labour Market Opinion, Do I have to leave Canada and return to my home country and apply from there?

Is there an effect if I apply for a working Visa with/to our application for Permanent resident visa (which is set to be processed by mid-2009) which my spouse is the Principal applicant?

Thanks for your help.

right off the cic website:

Working or studying in Canada

Most visitors to Canada are not allowed to work or study in Canada without permission.

You must apply for a work permit or a study permit before coming to Canada. If you are visiting Canada and you want to apply to work or study, you must leave Canada and apply from your home country. However, in some cases, working without a permit or studying without a permit is allowed.
