Need Your Kind Help Please - Police Certificate

Hi,

I need to apply for my UK Police Certificate but i am wondering because i have few Credit Card loan which i did not paid when i was in UK. So if i apply for Police Certificate from outside UK will Credit Card Non Payment show in my Certificate? Is it any Criminal Record which can be a problem in my application for Canada Immigration?

I need your urgent help guys please help me if have any idea.

Financial matters such as loans and defaults against them are not covered in criminal checks. Unless you defrauded the credit card company to obtain the loans or used the credit cards fraudulently and were charged in these regards, not paying them off should not show up on the criminal record.

Thanks very much for your information. It's very kind of you. I was in UK from 2006-2010 when i left i had few credit card loan which i did not pay because i was in financial problems. That why i am wondering to apply for Police Certificate from UK I need it for my Canadian PR Application.
