Need your inputs on T R Visa

Hi All,

I would submit my application for Temp visa to Buffalo(i stay in canada) today along with the travel Itinerary travelling on July 31st from Toronto to India.
Is it possible that i will get my visa before my travel?

I heard Buffalo is very slow in processing these days.
Will the Buffalo office official go thru the checklist and look at the travel Itinerary that i have filed along with my applciation?

Please need your Inputs on this.
