NEED YOUR HELP

I need your help everyone, our consultant submitted our application last Sept 21, 2011 but until now we have not received any update from CIC and from our consultant, after 1 year I followed-up the status of our application but our consultant cannot be reached and their office is already closed, We do not know what to do and where to follow-up our application, the only proofs that we have are the copy of bank draft and Fed ex receipt. Please advise us on what to do next..

1.Send a case specific inquiry to the visa office processing your application and ask for updates.
2. Since the consultant can not be reached, it's save to assume he/she no longer represents you, so consider removing him/her as your representative.
