Need your help reg documents for home country ties

Hi friends ..please respond to my queries....urgent

I got an admission offer from candian university

I am going to get stipend around 25,000 CAD for year which covers all expenses in Canada, apart from that I am showing my saving bank statement for 10,000 CAD.
These are enough for my financial documents?

Reg home country ties,
I would like to enclose date of birth certificate and land and home property affidavit.
These are sufficient for VO or do i need to enclose any other docs.
Please suggest me..Urgent

Attach the translated version of all the major documents you are submitting. And one more thing remember to get all your documents translated by a certified translator.
