you did not mention what you did for 2 years but according to your profile you can only go for MASC (i.e masters of applied science) or Meng again. While Masc is a research based degree with guaranteed funding most of the times , MENG is course based degree with no funding and since you have already finished course based funding I ll strongly advice to go for masc.......you have to approach a professor who is working in your area of interest and research through mail and explain him about your interest, your academics , your skills work exp etc etc and try to convince him so that he can take you in his research group........Remember that Masc position is quite competitive since its funded course
PS:- The reason I did not tell you to go for phd in Canada is cause you cant............FOR PHD you require masters with thesis or research background and since you don't have that you cant go for it......and for 70% you can try for UWO,dalhousie, Concordia,Windsor,Regina,York,Ryerson
