Need you help - PoF under the spouse's name for Province and CIC

Dear All

I have been trying to find the postings regarding the PoF under the spouse's bank account, but I could not find the exactly the same that I want to ask.

I want to apply under my name as the main principle through Provincial Nomination. However, all the money is under my wife account.
- Would be it possible for Provincial Nomination PoF? and
- If I got nominated, how would be it when it comes to CIC PoF requirement? would it works?

You can get a self declaration signed from your spouse stating that she has no objection in using these funds for Canada immigration. Attach this letter along with the bank certificate and bank statements.
