There are no jobs or visas here. This is a volunteer forum. Apply for jobs on Canadian job sites like Indeed. You need a job offer and your employer needs to file for and pay $1k for a LMIA. The LMIA shows that no Canadian or PR could be hired, only you. Then with LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. For the permit, you show that you are experienced to do the job. Check if welding requires provincial certificaiton.

I am Mohammad Forkan from Bangladesh and I have long experience of working in various reputed companies at home and abroad I have worked as HVAC Foreman in UAE Dubai Burj Al Khalifa for a long time and I have good work experience in construction company. I am well versed in driving Excavator Drum Truck Wheel Loader and I have long experience in driving these vehicles I am currently working as CFS Executive of a private container terminal under Chittagong Port Authority I am currently thinking of working abroad again, if I get an opportunity to work in a good company, I will try to keep the wheels of that company's economy moving with my past experience and hard work.
