Need Work Permit

Hello guys,
I m Devang i need Canadian work permit.
My education- Diploma in Mechanical
Work experience in India - 4 year and above
My NOC - 2232
My ielts score - 5.5 overall.
Tell me or guide me guys in which way to i get work permit?
I already applied for MPNP but my score is 437 points.
