need urgent visitor visa information

hi friends
here is my story:
i have a canadian girl friend and she is coming next year to india. she want me to come canada to visit her, so we wants to go together next year in the same flight next year to canada, i will be staying with her and the food and other things are not the problem,
before she comes to india, she would like to buy the tickets for us, let me tell you that when i go to canada, i will pay her back for the my tickets, but that not a problem, the problem is, that we dont know that shall we have to buy the ticket for me both side in advance before applying the visa? if in case the visa is not approved so what would be the condition? shall i have to apply again for the same date, cause i have my ticket already, or i have to buy ticket later? after i get the visa? if i have to buy it later so then instead of ticket what should i show them and how?
how maximum and minimum how long before i can apply for the visa?
i have my bank statement, my income tax papers, my passport, she will give me the invitation letter to with her id and bank statement,
what else we would for the visa? for her side and from me,

i want to go for 6 month there, so is it possible to have 6 month visa?
the websites dose not have all theses information, please help me,

Hello friend , i read your message ,you have to apply for the visa before you buy the tickect, after applying then you have to print the visa out in addition with your bank statement, pay slips and what you have, they are called suportive document. That will show that you can take care of your self during your stay over there in canada. Or if your your girlfriend is sponsoring then she will send you a copy of her bank statemets , payslips etc to prove that she is sposoring your visit. simple as abc

2. Do you have a permanent job in India or can you prove that you will return to India.
3. Hope your girl friend has good job to support you, during your stay in Canada, whatever the duration of stay.

hi brother, yes i am going first time to abrod, my girlfriend has her family house, she teach yoga there has enough money for every thing. I can show my bank balance like 300 thousand rupees almost 6000 thousand canadian doller, i am runing here my gust huse, my mom is the owner she hv given me all the responsiblity for it cause she is not well and healthy, i m looking tht business, and also running my rafting business, wht else i would need, and my girl friend need to send me, do i hv to show the any paper for propety to the embessy? Frankly speaking,the risk here is you are going to visit a girl friend and you are not married,yet. So, you have two options 1. You apply for tourist visa and don't mention that you are visiting someone.Visit any well known travel agents and tell them that you wish to go to Canada for tourism, one month or two months, whatever. 2. Ask your friend to invite you. She can send invitation letter with required documents, showing she is a Canadian, has place to live and any prove in papers that she has enough money to support you during your visit. In both cases, you have to show your bank's statement, 300 thousand is quite enough for tourist and visiting visa for few months. Any other questions................

Can u tell me that what should i show to make sure visa officer that i have ties to my home country? Can i show that mom gave me her property to me?like house and shop? Wht else are the options? Hi brother,
Good question, have a legal paper showing that she is your mom and she gave her property to you, live in the house and look after the shop (business), so you can not be away from India for long and you had convince the visa officer that you must return to India to look after the business and your mother, I guess your father is not anymore.
You can get married, but first she can contact local state government, what are the procedure for you to legally stay back there after marriage. How much time will it take, what documents had to submit and you are an Indian national. So you can ready few documents from India as their requirements.
Apply for two weeks or one month visa. If the Visa officer is satisfied from your answers and documents, they could give you three months or six months visa. It all depends.

i have same case with our indian friend, its just that im the woman and my bf would apply for a trv so he can spend his standard mandatory leave from work or smvl. For that 10 day leave he is paid. Do you think that would add up to his tie back home to the philippines?

Yes, Canadian tourist can travel on one way ticket,if she has valid visa, they can always say that they expect to get cheaper return ticket from India.
Normally buying return ticket same time is always cheaper than buying one way ticket.
