6 months ago i applied for a student visa, i submitted a forged Degree document and my visa was refused ,
now i am getting married to a canadian girl. i was filling up a form and there u had to mention your education qualification.
will that forged education document will effect my spouse case ???
or they just wana check the geniueness of the relationship

In refusal letter they had written refused due to non submittion of educational documents

As i know in family class sponsorship they only check the genuineness of your marriage and also your background because of security matters.

They will know of your previous student visa application (all visa applications are known whether it be TRV, student visa, etc...) so they will be able to see the previous reason for denial if they look it up. It might cause them to look more into your legal documents to make sure they're not false as well, but I don't think that one reason alone could be enough to deny your visa, especially if u have compelling documents to support the genuineness of your relationship.

They will have the forgery on record which means you will have to work extra hard to prove your relationship is genuine and not just a marriage of convenience to get you access to Canada. This probably also means it's more likely you'll have to attend an interview.

Also, I would take another look at the letter or email you received rejecting your student visa. Make sure your student visa was just rejected and you weren't also given a ban due to misrepresentation. Sometimes two year bans are given for misrepresentation. And if you have a ban, you'll have to wait for the ban to complete before you apply for PR through spousal sponsorship.

I have a simple question!
why are you filling up the forms when you are not married yet?
you need a marriage certificate and so many other documents to prove your relationship is genuine, therefor you need to workout on these things first rather getting worried about filling up the forms !!!

You should definitely NOT LIE again! Put what you actually have for education. If you lie again you are risking even worse. You are lucky already that you were not banned for misrepresentation. I would tell the truth and be prepared for some serious scrutinizing. You're going to have a lot of work ahead of you. Address EVERYTHING in full to make up for the previous rejection/ misrepresentation. Things are now going to be a lot more difficult than they needed to be, but if u can seriously prove your relationship and u have a good VO on your side, then hopefully you can still get through despite the previous misrepresentation... You do realize that because there was a forgery before, they're probably going to think that everything u submit is a forgery and so it will probably take them longer to look through everything because they're going to want to make sure that nothing else submitted is false.
Even though they may not have realized it in your previous application (because u didn't submit education documents) they're most likely goign to look back into everything because the previous application resulted in a rejection which will make them more likely to think that you're doing anything u can to get into Canada.
Cover all your basis and hopefully you'll make it through unscathed.

Your current or past employment/education status has nothing to do with the PR application. In PR application only the following factors matter to the VO;

a) whether relationship is genuine,
b) background/ security clearance, and
c) medical reports.

Any previous refusals from any country (including Canada), education, employment status etc are NOT the deciding factors for PR application. In your case there are chance you may get a interview call by CHC you will be asked questions regarding your previous refusal (student) and your relationship. Just be 100% genuine please and try to gather as many as proofs before submission of your application.

Evidence of relationship - gather as many proofs as you can - all phone bills both yours and your spouse's , save chats , insurance, joint bank accounts, emails and take print outs of them till the day you get married and even aftr that, any photographs before marriage, photographs of any ceremony before marriage, photographs of both side relatives, their details and relation to you and your spouse, photographs of engagement ,marriage, reception, honeymoon, Ticket entries of the spouse if she travels to your destination for marriage or even before that, post marriage pictures, pictures of you and your spouse wit family and any other proof which shows that your relationship is legal and genuine.

I duly agree with TINK23 post.

All the best!
