I have applied to extend my work permit under public policy in September. Since then the process has progressed and I was asked to get biometrics done. However, I have two issues
1) In the public policy application guide, it says I needed to file my job title and description as empty but guide said we needed to fill this -

I did write a LOE explaining the same but I don't know if it will impact me
2) My passport has been renewed and I want to be able to claim the entire 18 months.
What should I do for both? I have tried raising a webform but after submission the webform said that I won't get a response if my application is within normal processing times.

- Enter “Open Work Permit” as the type of work permit in the Details of intended work in Canada section
- Enter “2023 PGWP PP open” as Job title
- Enter “Open work permit” in the Brief description of duties field
