Need urgent help

With due respect, I SHEHZAD HAIDER want to bring in your notice that I had re-applied for September 2021 intake on 29th June 2021 and I got a Medical Request to further process my visa application process. For that reason I booked a Medical Appointment on 27th September’ 2021, but on 13th September’2021 I got a rejection letter which really shocked me. It’s a humble request. Would you please explain to me why my visa got rejected even though I got a medical request letter. I will be thankful to you. Below I am attaching letters and my appointment email screenshot. Please go through that I will be waiting for your kind response.

This is not a government site but a site on immigration questions. Contact IRCC. Your application can be rejected at any time during the process. Order GCMS notes to find out reasons for rejection. Address the reasons and reapply. You ask them to explain why you were rejected - they sent you a letter and you can order GCMS notes. They will not respond to that.
