This question is moot because if you had not paid your fees, you would not have received your visa. If you are applying for a permit at the POE, then you pay the fee at the POE as well.alijumani said:

There is nothing in his question to indicate he wanted to do anything wrong or untruthful, just wanted to know if he had to show proof of fee payment at the POE.
