Hi,
I have received "Ready for Visa / Prêt pour visa" mail from CIC. But my problem is that I have shifted from the country where I applied to a different one. I am yet to take a new address here, so I couldn't update the address in the portal. I only have time till 2 Sept to submit our passports to VFS in our mother country. Can anyone help me with my below questions?
1 Can I submit my passports at VFS in my present country?
2 Will my visa be refused for not letting them know if the change in situation?

I only have a few days to submit my passports. So any help would be greatly appreciated.
