I have got conditional acceptance for diploma engneering in saint mary since i didnt do ielts its hard to get 6.5 since my mother language is arabic . So i registered for esl course in the same uni . How i can fill the application , the expected period of study and should it be uni/esl?

You have expected duration of study, start date and end date all mentioned on letter of acceptance. you have to use it to fill online application.
