Re: student visa rejected, will apply again,,,good idea?

Please use your brain! You need to contact the collage or uni if they accept your ielts score and give you an acceptance letter than you have no problems and the vo cannot object either.

hi

second time if u wish to apply, it will be under general study visa category.

refusal letter states two reasons that are both linked to your course selection.

The visa officer probably believes that u are spending 4 times the amount to study a diploma course in business administration in Canada which can be completed in your country for far less. Also the first reason is linked to the second one, also by saying " you are not well established" he may mean that for u to study this course outside rather than India you would have to be not well established in your country.

did u attach a study plan or statement of purpose?

if u are re-applying , better attach some supporting documents like property house etc

well i have got acceptance letter from NAIT(northern alberta institute of technology)
but i applied earlier also for jan 2011 batch and my visa was rejected.

Here are the documnets submitted by me earlier :
1) Letter of acceptance from Northern Alberta institute of technology(NAIT)
2) Course: as i have completed my 10+2 with commerce so i took admission in Business administration (Diploma for 2 years)
3) IELTS score : overall 6 and individually listening:7, speaking:6.5, writing:5.5 and reading:5
4) Student Loan of 9.5 lakhs, bank statement of around 1 lakh and other savings.
By adding all these the total money was around 42200 CAD$ which is good enough for SPP and yes
we have good enough property too
5) I paid fees for 1st semester i.e.5870$
6) showed ITR's of last 3 years,my educational documents and everything (but yes i didnt attach any document of my property because my agent told me that u have sufficient funds so there is no need)
7) i got 54% in 10+2 and 64% in 10th standard.

Reasons for rejection :-
1)you have not demonstrated that you are sufficiently well established in your country of residence

2)Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of:your qualification, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, other educational opportunities available in India or Canada, language abilities ,or your future prospects and plans.
Hi

Please answer the following questions and I will then tell you what to do:

How old are you?
At what age did you end you formal education in India?
Are you currently working? What is your job? What is your monthly income?
Do you have property on your name? How did you acquire this property? And when did you acquire it?
Exactly how much cash in the bank did you show? By this I don’t mean fixed funds or promises from you family they will help out etc. How much money in your name in your account did you show?
Are you married? Kids?
Do you have family in Canada? Did you mention this in your application?
