Need URGENT Help please

Hi,

CIC sent me an email to tell me that my visa is ready, and you should send your passports within 30 days to CTD-Ottawa

I sent them on 6th of december.

The problem is on 20th of december I ve an urgent already scheduled trip outside Canada and its very very important.

What should I do, I thought it will take 10 to 13 days to print the visa on passport,

I tryed to send them emails,, I just need my passports back....

Please help me .... what should I do... I think to go my self to Ottawa Thursday ?? is it a good idea ??

1) E-mail again.
2) Call CIC and explain the situation - they may be of more assistance. Turning up is unlikely to help - unless they have a "walk in" option. But calling is probably your best bet.

3) Where are you travelling to? Could you apply for a travel document instead?

its easy to get visa if u go in person you will be ok

I will Email again and tomorrow i will be there in my self - ottawa -

You know if i called the client service, they have nothing to do..but i will try again.
I have all my visas on my passport , US and UAE

If you ve any ideas to help, pleaaasse
