Need URGENT Help on Timing of submitting my PR Application

Hi - I am in a tricky situation, I very badly need help on timing of submitting my PR Application to CIC.

I got my PNP this month and got ITA from CIC on Mar 20th. I have time till May 19th to submit my PR Application.

I am currently working in Canada from June 2014. I am getting married on Apr 22nd in India.I have all my documents & forms ready for my application.

Few questions on timing on adding my spouse/ bringing my spouse to Canada:

1. Can I apply before my marriage and add my spouse immediately after the marriage (after getting marriage cert & her medical test)
2. Can I wait until after the marriage and apply together (before my deadline date of May 19th)

I am planning to bring my wife in dependent/visitor VISA around May (she is planning to resign her current job and come to Canada to live with me). Of these two options which one will not impact my plan of bringing her to Canada.

I am in desperate need of the experts advice here. Can anyone please suggest the best option in my case of timing of submitting my application so that it does not impact my plan of bringing my spouse to Canada around June in dependent/visitor VISA.

Since u have PNP ur points are well above and will always get selected for future draws.

My 2 cents

1) Decline current ITA
2) Get registered married and get spouse docs in order.
3) Update EE profile and get new points.

U will be selected in the next draw u chose.
