Need Urgent Help!! Kindly review and reply

2nd under Non SPP in August 2016

The reason for refusal mentioned in the refusal letter is are below:-

Reason 1 - Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: Your qualifications, previous studies, missing marks cards, gap in studies employment, level of establishment, language abilities or your future prospects and plans.

Reason 2 - You have not satisfied me that you would leave canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this decision I considered several factors including:-

-- the purpose of visit
^ this was checked

I have tried to explain why I have chosen cloud computing program and how it is related to my current job and why I have opted this track/domain of IT and how it will fulfill my future goals.

I believe the reason for refusal is because of below reasons:-

Missing mark cards - I havent submitted a marksheet which had backlogs as we get a new marksheet next semester with all subjects updated, i guess this was my mistake but as i haven't submitted it twice will it be negative to submit that marksheet now ? FYI - I had 4 backlogs

Gap in studies employment - I had 1 year gap after 12th but i havent explained this in my SOP but after gradution and during graduation there was no gap. Do i need to mention the after 12th gap in SOP ?

I have applied for CAIPS/GCMS notes and waiting for it

Kindly give your valuable inputs and suggest me how to make my profile stronger ?

To secure your future application ...Take your time Read all information on CIC related to study permit and collect the right documents to make a stronger decision...Regarding your gap make sure you submit your CV with the application
Make your application clear with brief explanation and If I were you I'd seek professional help in the third time

Not commenting on your profile but just letting you know that 'consolidated mark sheets' are not acceptable to CHC Delhi.

Consolidated mark sheets?

Consolidated mark sheets?

I submitted individual marksheets of all semesters
I didn't submit consolidated marksheets

There were 2 mark sheets of 1st semester
1 marksheet with 4 backlog of April 2008
And 1 marksheet with no backlog information of April 2008 dated January 2009

I didn't submit the marksheet which had backlog information
I only submitted the marksheet in which all my backlogs were cleared in next semester I.e January 2009


Kindly advise if this is the main reason of rejection and next time is it advisable to submit the backlog marksheet and also the consolidated ?

Will it create a negative impression on the VO ?

Ankita My 2 cents (from experience of dealing with my and my brothers backlogs) :

You need to get a Backlog Summary from your College/Uni on their letterhead giving details semester-wise of cleared/failed subjects
with subject codes.

Submit only the marksheets with clear (passed) subjects and then VO references subject code-wise with semesters. it's much easier and
clearer that way for VO.

Getting a backlog report is a complicated process in my university and this might take a lot of time.

I'll say this.

Better be slow and accurate in your visa process rather than making waste in your haste.

A correctly arranged file with things in place gets approved very quickly especially nowadays.

So invest in getting the right documents.

You don't wanna end up getting a rejection for missing marks cards. Then you'll apply later for a backlog summary. And then re-apply

What's the point?
