I applied under NOC: 7242,INSDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN.
my current job title is ,INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICIAN,which is close to Electronics than Electrical although some of the 7242 main duties mention duties in electronics which matches my current duties.i sent my complete documents on 24th december 2011 and got 1ST PER on 24 February through email although in the ecas it shows in process( We received your application for permanent residence on January 3, 2012. )my IELTS score is,7.5 listening,6 writing,6.5 reading.7 speaking, and I am married and my wife have a 3 years diploma in nursing and have a 4 year working experience in nursing but the cap have filled for nurses so we applied under my name under the 7242 NOC, my age is 34,and have a total work experience of 9 years,4 years as electronic technician in goverment company.1 year as electrical engineer in private company and 4 years as instrumentaion technician in oil and gas goverment company.dont have relatives in canada neither arranged employment.
now my mistakes that i made during preparing the ducments which i need help with to clarify it and correct if possible as not to affect my assessment buy London VO are:
1- biggest mistake is i sent only copies of my work experience,job description and academic qualifications aslo the academic qualifications and birth certificates of my wife as well all are copies.
shall I certifiy them from a public notary and send them to London visa office while the ecas showing in process or wait for them to reply and ask me to send the originals ........i am afraid they might take a decision of rejection based on insuffient proof of experience and qualification.....what to do please?
2- in the police certificate ,the officed typed the birth date of my wife incorrectly ( day and month) year is ok...i didnt notice that at that time ....but discovered it later....shall i reapply for the Police certitificate again and send them to LVO or wait for their update as well.
3- my wife is pregnant at her 6 month,shall i send an update letter to the LVO or wait till the baby is born INSHA ALLAH.
4-in my proof of fund i got short of money around 2500 US$ and entered them in my account in 2 installments will that void my proof my fund ,moreover my proof of fund have gone below the required minimum amount at this time if they ask for an update and again i borrowed another amount and sent them the bank statement will that effect me.
if i show my wife`s bank statement will that be accepted as the net amount of both of us exceeds the minimun proof of fund or it must be only the principal application,although my wife will accompany me to canada if we got the PR INSHA ALLAH.
