Need urgent help for teacher profile - Primary Teacher

Hi All,

I am a school teacher teaching primary students. I am trying to get the duties listed from my employer but she is not providing me the letter. I have also requested one of my seniors to sign the affidavit but she has also denied.

What is the other alternative? Please suggest. I need help urgently. Please help.

Have you tried asking a colleague (another teacher) to write the letter in plain paper and to provide proof that they work at such school?

Yes, I asked but they denied because they are also not authorised from school to do it. They do not want to doit because they think this might raise a question mark on their job with the school. Please suggest. Now, what else can be done.

We do not have any joining letter or any proof from school stating so and so person was working there. Also, the salary was being disbursed in cash mode. So, we are not left with these options as well. Please suggest, what else can be done in this case now.

For one, ideally get proof that they refuse to provide the reference letter (e-mail). Other than that you must figure out how to get a reference letter from someone.
