Need urgent help for PR Stamping in UAE

I need to get my PR stamped in my passport in the UAE. And as my daughter is already in Canada I need to get it done fast as she is attending school. Which office should I got to that can speed up my work? The embassy in Abu Dhabi or the consulate in Dubai? Please advice me.

Thanks for the advice. I will be patient. But my question is which office is a better place to go to? Should I go to the Dubai Consulate or the Embassy in Abu Dhabi. I just don't want any unnecessary delays
