need urgent help filling Dependant child sponsorship IMM files

I have PR status since 2013,same with my wife and our son, we have 2 daughters born in UAE after we got PR status.

I came back to Canada in 2016,i recently applied to renew my PR after completing 2 years now,still didnt hear from CIC if they even got my application or not.

my wife and son,dont meet the RO, they plan to come here before their PR card expires this summer.

I applied for TRP for my 2 daughters but it was rejected, an immigrantion cosultant advised to apply for PR for the 2 girls then try again to apply for TRP and explain u want them here while the PR sponsorship is going on


I have the following questions on filling the documents,its quite confusing

Sponsorship Evaluation [IMM 5481] December 2016 imm5481e

1- it repeatdly mentions a co-sign, i am the only one in canada now and i will do the sponsorship, my wife is in UAE but she have PR do i have to make her co-sign or is it enough for me to do the sponsorship

2 - previous undertaking:

I tried to sponsor my parents under super visa,but it was rejected ,and they dont depend on me financially shall i include them in the previous undertaking in effect/not yet in effect.?

3- persons not included in previous undertaking
- spouse
- other family members

i put 1 in each box ,my wife and our son, is that correct?
however i didnt sponsor them, 3 of us got PR through point system,i was the principal applicant.
besides it says provide details at the back
- what details they looking for?
- how to write at the back of the document? by hand? or print it then flip it then use the same document in the printer?

4- I want to write an explanation letter, is there a specific template ,or layout of the addresses ,document reference..etc or i just write it in free form?

5- will my wife be in danger to reveal that they dont meet the RO, there is no document that requires me to explain about the residency requirement?
i remember i tried the same application 2 years ago, there was some documents called country specific requirements where the embassy in abu dhabi required RO declaration.

when i made the questionnaire ,they produced a list of documents, none of them pertaining to details of RO.

Am I missing something?

6- how to make a request for urgent process, shall i included it in the explanation letter, or is there any specific document to fill or extra fees?

3. Your wife and son are included under question 6, not question 5.

4. An explanation letter is not required.

5. Your wife's status is not at risk from the sponsorship app but with a 5 year absence, she will almost certainly be reported on entry.

6. There is no urgent process.
