Hi thr all senior members, need ur advise..

We r expecting our new member of the family in July 2019, so we are planning to invite my Mother in Law (MIL) and Brother in law (BIL) to visit us. My MIL is widow and also cant speak any language other than Hindi. She is house wife and never visited outside India. So we thought to apply visa for my BIL as well along with her. So that he can accompany her.

1. Should I apply visa for my MIL and BIL in one online application or do it separately.

2. My BIL is a Farmer and his income depends upon that only. He is not doing that good in agriculture but he doesn't have any other option. He doesn't have a big bank balance and same goes for my MIL. I will be sending them air tickets as well. They can show around CAD 4k-6K max in their accounts all together.

3. Also i have to make separate invitation letter for both of them or i can make a combined one?

I am worried about rejection. So need your suggestions

Be aware that visiting a new baby will be interpreted by IRCC as coming to Canada likely to illegally work - by caring for that baby. This will lead to rejection.
