Need urgent guidance for TB treatment procedure

I did my medical application for student visa on OCT 2023 and was diagnosed with TB, (long story short) I did my 6 months treatment from the doctor appointed as a specialist doctor of embassy,
The xray came clear after treatment, and again I got a mail from Delhi immigration for additional test, I have applied for SEP 2024 intake.
I want to know what test it might be? I

Would it be the GENEXPERT or culture (8 weeks)?
