Hi All,

I've made a lot of research on the NOC codes for the three position I've worked in the past, but I'm extremenl confused. Therefore, I'd really appreciate if you could help me find the closest fit.

P.S I have BSc in Electrical Electronics Engineering (Specialized on Network Engineering) and MSc in Management.

My duties are listed below;

Position 1 - Technical Support Engineer (NOC 2147 or 2281 or 2282 ??)

• Developing in-depth product (Alcatel-Lucent network routing product family) knowledge and providing 2nd level technical support for EMEA and North America region.
• On call 24/7 in line with the global service availability to support initial support and direct customer requests from different time zones.
• Maintaining remote access as needed to the customers' networks and solutions for diagnostic and maintenance activities.
• Supporting initial support or the customer directly with accurate, timely communication on the status of the assistance request.
• Reproducing the reported issues and conducting tests in the lab as needed.
• Ensuring successful re-assignment or escalation process in order to address product/technology/solution based fixes 3rd level support teams and R&D.
• Providing support for On Site Technical support services as needed.

Position 2 - Technical Product Owner / Business Analyst (NOC 2171 or 2173 ??)

• Providing guidance to all levels of sales (Pre/Post Sales) and marketing activity on technology and industry related issues.
• Collaborating with cross functional teams as well as business to understand requirements and create detailed HLD/LLD documents.
• Continual research for emerging mobile data technologies and trends covering mobile data, M2M and IoT systems.
• Understanding Corporate Accounts' mobile data, M2M and IoT oriented requirements and propose solutions that meet the company objectives and goals.
• Working directly with customers to gather and review requirements and other items related to future solution design.
• Designing end-to-end corporate data services providing a holistic view of the service with applying deep technical approach.
• Working with the vendor community (Cisco, Ericsson, Juniper, ALU, IBM etc.) on specific solutions needs to improve the service offering and/or enhance its capabilities.
• Ensuring that products, services and solutions are architected and delivered according to plan and inside dead-lines.
• Ensuring all development and launch activities are completed such as SLA/KPI documentation, support plan and finalizing the hand-over process to the operational teams.
• Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports related to the customers, solutions, KPI/SLA etc.
• Providing technical and organizational guidance during the implementation of new and existing solutions.

Position 3 – Technical Sales Manager / Technical Account Manager (NOC 6221 or 0601 ??)

• Manage a portfolio of clients.
• Contribute and actively play a role in achieving and exceeding profitable sales revenue objectives for the assigned client base.
• Work directly with clients and internal organizations as necessary to satisfy client needs.
• Build and maintain mutually beneficial client business relationships resulting in the highest levels of client satisfaction and account retention.
• Interface in all levels of client management for purposes of consultation, negotiation, advancement, and facilitation of sales.
• Manage and coordinate the documentation of all technical projects carried out with clients.
• Develop and execute sales plans including proposal development, proposal delivery, negotiation, and sustainability of ongoing business.
• Ensure client’s support tickets are resolved in a fast and professional manner and comply to agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Provide updates to internal business functions on client perspectives, risks, strategic insights, issue resolution activities, billing activities, executive briefings, and outreach requests.
• Maintain awareness of industry, competition and market conditions and leverage current client relationships to develop new business opportunities.
