- I am currently studying at McGrill University Montreal with a study permit, started in September 2017, i planned to withdraw from present program after completing this term and apply to Lambton College in Ontario.
- I have a masters degree from my home country and 4 years work experience and my point in CRS is 430 and i intend to join the FSW EE pool and i intend to choose Ontario because my sister is a PR in Ontario.
MY QUESTION:
1) if i withdraw from the program after completing this term in December 2017, is it legal to remain in Canada without being registered in school while i wait for an offer of admission from Lambton College which will be issued from February 2018.
2) Am i qualified to apply for express entry with the fact that i already have a study visa.
