NEED URGENT ADVICE!!! PLZ

Hi all, I have a BSC(General) 3 year degree with computer science as one of my subjects. I am applying for a program called Bachelor's of Computer science for university graduates, it is a 1 year program for those who already have a university degree. My question is that will my visa get rejected because it is a second bachelors degree or is it a fast track program ? I can't get admission to masters as I have not studied enough CS courses only 6. My profile:
10th- 96%
12th- 87.5%
Bsc(general)- 72.5% (My university is crap in giving marks)
IELTS- 7 L-8 R-6.5 W-7 S-7
1 year working for a local NGO
3 month internship

Any help appreciated

You can surely get study permit as long as the course you are applying for is related to you previous studies.

This depends on the university you are applying in, check their program specific requirements.
If possible also try to get your educational documents evaluated from WES or similar organisation for understanding your marks in canadian scale

I emailed them and had a phone conversation with one of their professor. He told me I lacked core CS courses so admission to masters would be difficult. He advised me to take this program instead. The university is University of Windsor. And yes course it is kind related to my previous studies o i did Bsc general with computer as one of the subjects but studied it only to a small extent, this degree is a 1 year accelerated bachelors where i will study only computer science courses and i can enroll in masters later
