Hello Mates

I came to Canada in September , I am studying in Toronto. I have a multiple entry visa.
I have to go to India to attend my sister's marriage. Its a week long trip.
I have made onward and return bookings,
So my question is that, Do I have to justify Immigration my Intent? Like showing the Wedding invitation etc.
Do I have to take written permission from college for my trip?

Well, I don't really have anything important to do in that week, besides i will be missing only 4 college days and also I am done with my midterms, for which I have the course schedules etc.

Please provide your feedback

don't think it would be problem as long as your study permit would not expire any time soon.
I would bring a letter from your school that you have been full time student and registered next semester etc.
and your sister's wedding invitation in case of.

You shouldn't have any problem. I took couple of vacations while studying. On my return, they just asked why did you go back They didnt ask any sort of proof. As mentioned by floomy, the visa and study permit should have at least 6 months validity.
