Need urgent advice choosing Visa office for processing

Hi ,

I am sending my Papers for CIC stage. Currently I live and work outside my native country (India) but i want to get my file processed in my native country as I will be leaving my job within 3-4 months and relocate to India. In this case what should I do? Should I write a letter of explanation to CIC for changing my visa office ?

Write Visa Office by hand "New Delhi" in Generic Application Form Page 1, After Step No. 3 (How many family members including you..................) and just below the Validate button, Blank space/box provided for that.
