need to visit my daughter

hi.
my daughter is studying in Vancouver and i would like to visit her this summer with my son who is 11 years old. I am self employed and have been paying tax in India.I also have some property in joint name with my husband.My husband is holding valid visa for Canada.I have previously traveled to Thailand only.Please advise if I have any chance of getting visitor visa.Thanks

I don't see why they would refuse you. My mother and mother in law came to visit. My mother worked and showed a letter from work plus her paychecks. While my mother in law, showed proof of her land, she did small things to get income which i mentioned in the invitation letter. And they were both approved.
