Need to Update PR Application, Can't Get Through By Phone

I'm trying to get through to CIC to update my wife's tax assessment information on my PR application (spousal sponsorship/within Canada). I also need to update my official in country status. I can't find anything online to help me with this and getting through to CIC and a human being for assistance is next to impossible. I got through to someone a few days ago and she was supposed to send me an email (email address was confirmed) but I still have not received anything. Does anyone have any tips to help me with this? Thank you in advance.

Nevermind. Finally got through to a human. FYI for anyone else that needs this information, to update tax information you need to grab a copy of the page in the form and then write a letter with a copy of any documents needed to show the new information and send it to the appropriate processing center. My representative told me to send it to the Mississauga center. Also, I was told there is no need to modify my status as the reviewing officer, once I am in contact with them, will be able to update this during our interactions.
