IELTS score Listening 6, Speaking 6.5, Reading 7.5, writing 6.5
11 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance Engineering
5 years of experience in USA.
Indian citizen.
The score is coming as 329.

No canada Experience.
B.Tech in Electrical Engineering 4 years bachelor degree.
I am sure I am not gonna get the Canadian Express entry if I don't get a provincial nomination. Please let me know the possibility of Ontario PNP.
Please let me know if there is any workaround as well.
