Need to take out money from bank while visitor visa in process

Hello Everyone,
My fathers visitor visa is in process in India . AOR is 3rd June 2024. We showed about $10000 in indian bank. We need to withdraw that money now. Can we withdraw that money or it could be misrepresentation if visa officer check the bank balance

10k is probably not enough for a visitor visa.

Not really. Since 10k is not enough to get an approval, might as well take it out. What's their to lose.

Having $10k , $5k or zero in the account

Still showing they don’t have enough to fund the trip . And if you’re worried that taking all the money out will affect
approval , then they can’t afford the trip

And if you told the VO they had the cash , they checked and the balance was zero , why wouldn’t that be misrepresentation?
You’re giving information knowing it’s not true
