Need to submit both RCMP and IMM5406

Dear all,

I need to submit both RCMP and IMM5406. the deadline for IMM5406 is 25 and I will not get RCMP at that time since I just did RCMP check today and long weekend will delay the progress.

My question is if I submit IMM5406 and sign the submission, will the placeholder for RCMP disappear or lock?
