I'm so far that i need to apply for my status renovation, and the timing is 90 days from the date when my visa ended. And i was thinking how it is with my common law partner, do she will by counted in too or how it works, do wee need to leave the country or what, or whats the right next step for us.?

What kind of permit did each of you have before (TWP, PGWP, student)? What do you intend to do if you stay?

Actually I haw no idea, its some kinda of youth exchange program at the start, for the first year we get this one, it was like a open type visa for 1 year. I re-post what it says:
"Why not travel and work abroad through International Experience Canada (IEC)?
In this global economy, being a highly skilled professional with diverse international experience will only make you more marketable in an increasingly competitive job market.
Canada has an agreement with Latvia that enables the Government of Canada to issue work permits to Latvian citizens who wish to travel and work in Canada for up to one year through International Experience Canada." then based on a job offer i applied for the next one with was like a work visa "Eligibility Criteria for the Young Professionals Category
The Young Professionals category is designed for Latvian citizens, particularly graduates of a post-secondary educational institutions in Latvia, who wish to further their careers by gaining work experience under a pre-arranged contract of employment in Canada (maximum 12 months)" so i even don't know what the .... this visa is ...., basically impossible renovation of this kind of visa.
Anyway, my company went through LMO got it done, now i need to apply for work visa...
To stay : i called the cic center and they sad that I need pay 200$ for renewal off my statuss and 150$ for application, and apply online or send by mail.
Then i had a question in my mind, based on what i renew my status, on LMO (category working professional visa)?
Then about my common-law partner, based on what she will be legal in Canada thin i got my papers done. Because i put her under family member (with common- law declaration)?
And then, because my LMO is under professional work visa do i need to pay another 150$ for hers(my common-law) open visa work permit application, because she is able to get one based on my papers, or do wee need to do it after i haw my confirmation, or how...

This all is so complicated that i don't want to make wrong step. :-\

I think you understand everything correctly. I think if you apply online, it will walk you through the steps, calculate the fees etc. ...

Assuming your partner also has to restore status and wants to work, the restoration fee and work permit fees also apply to her. Ouch, expensive.
