Need to know my English Language Ability

Hi,
My IELTS score is as follows:
Listening:7.5
Reading:7.5
Writing:6
Speaking:8

I am not able to find out whether i met the English eligibility criteria.Also i am falling short of points as i am 44 years.Is there any way of securing an offer letter in Canada while in India and what websites i can apply.Please guide.

What are you looking to meet the eligibility criteria for - immigration? If so, then your scores look fine.

Securing a job offer from outside of Canada tends to be extremely difficult. You can try sites such as the Canadian job bank, monster.ca, and workopolis.

1. His problem is probably he can't qualify for express entry of 67 points with only 3 points for age and 21 points for language.
