Need to know(help needed).

I have lived in the United states from 99 till present and have been fighting to get protection from the government in the form of Asylum.
Unfortunately for me, i was denied and got married to my wife who is an American citizen.We have been married since 2004 and for the two and the half years, i was in Immigation detention fighting my removal from the US to my country in Africa.i was recently released on supervision pending my removal.I am afriad of being tutured if return to my country and will like to know if it was posible for me and my to migrate to Canada and how can i do that without having to go through all the headache. will like to know if i can just drive to the border with my wife and seek for protection at the border.
