Need to know ECA & Exp. Entry rules

I am Bachelor of Science...3 years degree holder (Subject-Biology) from C.C.S.University and after my graduation, I have done 2 years Animation certificate course with some 3d and 2d graphic subjects. I have my all experience in 3d graphic designing field (Event and Exhibition designing).. The name of the institute is Animaster animation learning programme. But my animation certificate course is not recognized by a university.....Animaster institute is providing this course it self ...Animaster institute is not a university also. This institute provide certificate courses similar to Arena Multimedia Institute.
So, will my educational degree B.Sc. workable even I am doing graphic design related job for 8 years ( 5 Years in India + 3 Years in Qatar) as 3d visualizer. Am I suitable for express Entry programme?

yes you are eligible with BSc degree, even if it is not related to the job you do.. check with CRS calculator to get an approximate idea on points you will get..

Next you have to give IELTS exam and ECA for your degree , to submit EE profile..

Let me know something about experience and joining letters as per needful for EE.

Actually, I have all the experience letters and joining letters with me of my ex employers (Indian employers-5 years experience) to be submitted but this is my first job in middle east (State of Qatar) for 3 years and continue I am working here.
If my current employer does not provide me an experience letter till the date when I cancelled the contract (Anyone can cancel the contract and go with the experience letter)....Can I apply the same experience letter on a company letterhead with the same format for 3 years as per my responsibilities and duties required by Employer as per the needful docs for EE? I can add all the necessary things as provided salary per annum, contact no and email id (in case employer not providing before leaving the job) + I will attach a contract paper as per the Qatar rules and regulation. It shows a Gov't stamp + Company Stamp + Employer stamp + Employer sign + my sign + date...
It will be 2 papers experience letter
(Experience letter without stamp + Contract paper with stamp and sign).

Is it workable? or need the same employer experience letter even I am working here....???
