Need to know chances to get CANADA visa based on my IELTS and Graduation score?

Hi, my overall IELTS band score is 7.0 and following are the detail of my IELTS and Graduation score.
1. Listening- 8.5
2. Reading - 6.5
3. Speaking - 6.5
4. Writing - 5.5
5. BCOM professional (INDIA) - 68% (1st division)
6. Got admission in CONESTOGA, Kitchener (city) college with scholarship for 1 yr diploma program
7. I also have certificate for studying in English medium school for 2 years

That will be highly appreciated if somebody can tell me what are my chances out of 10 to get Canada visa. So if there are no chances i can plan to retake the IELTS Exams.

I would say 5.5. is a low score. Usually universities ask for, let say, 6.5 overall with no bands lower than 6.0. but of course, it depends only on school. Besides some of them can offer to take English AND academic classes at the same time.

Concerning your program, is it a post-bacc or just a a year in a college? VO will not issue you a study permit if after having BCom, you try to enroll into lower level of education program.

Thanks for turnaround. Conestoga in kitchener city has given me admiision in Global mangement dilpoma program and they also gave me scholarship based on my IELTS overall band and undergratuate score. Definitely it is not lower level of degree than I currently have.

I would appreciate if you please let me know is there any chance VO can take 5.5 bands in Writing as negative point
