I am a graduate from my home country, I finished my Bachelors in busiess degree in english medium.
the question is

do i still need to give any englist test or any other english courses like ielts,toefl to apply for the
canadian citizenship ?

According to the CIC homepage, proof of language proficiency could be:
"Transcripts or a diploma from a secondary or post-secondary education in English or French, in Canada or abroad"
So if your degree matches that description, you should be good.
