no, you don’t need to give IELTS again. once you get accepted to college/uni and you got your SP then there is no need to do another IELTS. unless, you will apply for PR after your graduation, then IRCC might require you to take the general IELTS.

Yes I'm talking about 2nd course once I'm done with 1st year course.
I've heard (1) if i take 2nd course in the same college i do not need ielts to show.
(2) once i get certificate of 1st course, to get 2nd course in different college, there is no need to show IELTS. But some are telling to show IELTS.
What is the exact situation, i don't know
You don't need to show NO ielts again, for your 2nd course, just show your first certification of your first course(it was done in English so no need)
