Hello All,

I got a TRV with single entry valid for 6months.

Now I want to apply TRV for my one year old baby.

What all the documents I have to submit for his application??
Is there any risk for my visa if I apply for my baby now?

Please suggest

Thanks

Hi,

I had answered your questions in your other thread

No, the visa office will NOT revoke your visa if you apply for your baby.

You must prove that you will return to India by a specific date = your baby will return with you. So if you're planning a visit around Christmas/New Year then include an employment leave approval letter with specific dates + show some reason to return like project completion/your mom lives alone and she is dependent on you, etc etc.... along with evidence

So, in addition to the documents you submitted the previous time, do modify the documents as required + include the above suggestions + include your baby's birth certificate + baby's passport copy

Is there anyway I can send my babies application to VFS Delhi instead of VFS Bangalore?
I will be applying from VFS Hyderabad or ifI apply online will there be any choice to select Delhi or Bangalore?
Heard that Delhi processing is faster than Bangalore and approval chances are high.

Currently most of the paper applications are going to Delhi vo now (with approx. 2 -3 weeks processing time)
But i would recommend you to go online application if you are comfortable with that it is even faster response...,

selecting visa offices is not a choice for us.

Paper applications are processed by the visa office for the state/region where the applicant resides. One cannot choose a particular visa office.

Online applications can be processed anywhere in the world.... and there's no way of knowing which visa office it is

TRV approvals depend on the applicant's ties to the home country + purpose/length of visit, etc.... and not on the visa office

Hello Bryanna,

My babies visa was rejected for third time.
Reasons : No travel history
Purpose of visit
Ties in Canada

Please help me on how to proceed further....
As you know I have a single entry visa which expires in March 2017.
I have no choice of leaving 1yr baby and visiting Canada

Is there any chance if I apply visa again for him with booked flight return tickets- this is the only document I missed apart from that I submitted all the documents whatever I submitted for my application.
Also my brother wedding will be on Jan 28th in India can I submit his wedding card showing proof that me and my baby will come back for his wedding??

Thanks

Hi,

Really sorry to hear that your baby was refused three times.

It's a tough situation. You can travel without your baby this time (it's quite tough to actually do it).... and after your husband gets a PGWP, you can apply for a new TRV for yourself + reapply for your baby.

With three refusals, a fourth application would appear like desperation to visit. I would not advise applying again (not under the current circumstances).

If you still wish to reapply then:
1. Your brother's wedding: Not just the invitation card but also proofs for booking the venue, caterers, etc

2. Refundable flight tickets: Again, it is not advisable to buy tickets until a visa is issued.

3. Any other strong reason to return by a specific date because of your mom.... or your property.... or your work?

Cheers
