Thanks moti, please tell me why physical why not by email, thanks

moti meant to say that you need to submit ATIP online and submit request to get your records by email however, in one of the section where it says "What type of information would you like to request?"
There would be two options:
1. Notes in electronic file
2. Physical File.

Choose physical file, that way you will receive your copy of your application.

I have also read somewhere in this forum that accessing physical file may slow down your processing of application and it can be delayed. So if it absolute necessity to get the copy of your application then request it else don't do anything

thanks thecoolguysam , my question is if I choose option 1 Notes in electronic file, will I get my application which I submitted? , thanks

Read Section C, p. 1 on the ATIP instructions located at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdf. Specifically (click to enlarge):
