Need to bring husband from india being a postgrad work permit holder

Hello,
Actually i am working as residential support worker in manitoba n got married to indian guy just month ago . I have post graduate work permit. I am going to apply for my pnp in march but i have read upon various websites that i can bring my husband on open work permit soon. So could anyone help me how i could bring my husband from india as soon what are the options as i am post graduate work permit holder. Nice n genuine ideas please.

1. Your spouse would have to apply for a TRV and an OWP in India. He is probably not eligible for an SOWP as it would appear that your occupation is probably 3413 residential care worker which is NOC C.
