Need to Apply for PR for me and My family

HI All,

I have few questions regarding applying PR for me and my family

1. Currently I am working in Work Permit from Jan 2014 and I need to go back to India by Nov 2014. But I will have 1600 hours of full time work. Is 1 year of stay is mandatory?

2. How much is minimum bank balance i should have to apply for permanent residency including my family.

It sounds like you are asking about the Canadian Experience Class program. If so, I would recommend you post to the CEC section of this forum. (This section is for Canadians who are sponsoring family members.)

To answer your first question, yes - one full year of work experience is mandatory for CEC. You have enough hours - but you don't have enough days to qualify to apply.
